Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on food.
If you have not received your product due to you having put the wrong shipping address, then we cannot offer a refund, the product will be disposed of.
If your item has had multiple attempted deliveries from the courier and you haven't collected it, and it gets returned, then we cannot offer a refund.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, full priced items or items using discount codes can be returned for a Store Credit.
Your Store Credit will be equivalent to your order amount which is valid for you to use within a full 30-day period.

- RETURNS ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- HOW TO START A RETURN
Please contact us through our contact page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address. Unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable and you will need to cover the cost of shipping on your returned item/s.
- DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
- EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLES
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds are only issued in the event of a manufacturing fault and if the item cannot be replaced or repaired. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded. Please remember it can take up to 14 business days for your bank or credit card company to process this and to show up on your bank statement.
